Welcome to Paul's Kitchen
Where every recipe has been tested at least once, measurements are more like suggestions, and "a pinch" is a perfectly valid unit of measurement. No life stories before the recipe here—just Paul's questionable cooking decisions, documented for posterity.
Recipes That Actually Work
Tested in a real kitchen by a real person who definitely owns a fire extinguisher. Each recipe comes with honest notes like "this took way longer than expected" and "maybe use less garlic next time."
No Essay Required
You won't find Paul's childhood memories about his grandmother's Tuscan villa here. Just the recipe. Scroll time: 0 seconds. Cooking time: still longer than you hoped.
Difficulty: Honest
If it says "easy," it's actually easy. If it says "ambitious," Paul probably cried at least once. No recipes marked "simple" that require a KitchenAid, blowtorch, and engineering degree.

Paul is still figuring out how to make this website work. In the meantime, he's probably in the kitchen burning something. Check back soon for recipes that may or may not change your life.
(Spoiler: They won't. But they'll taste good.)
